Mental Health Matters

The objectives of the session include:

-Creating awareness about common mental health issues and helping participant to cope up with COVID-crisis.

Accomplished 6 session on theme MHM-Mental Health Matters impacting 231 direct participants collaborating with Pahilo Paila Nepal, Girls Empowered by Travel-Nepal, Nepal Technical Assistance Group, Nyaya Health Nepal , Physician Social Responsibility Nepal and Leo Club of Sainamaina.
